We want you (and your mischief!) to be delighted with your order. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Change of Mind

Because our products are made in small batches and often customized, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check sizing, colors, and compatibility before ordering — and feel free to reach out with questions!

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t work as intended, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll happily offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.

Sustainability Note ♻️

We’re committed to reducing waste. If your 3D printed item reaches the end of its life, we can help you recycle it through our filament recovery program — just get in touch!
